Cancellation Policy
B2C Holidays Limited require full payment to operate any of listed holiday package on the website and any package once booked will be under the package cancellation policy as below.
  • 30 - 20 days of departure - INR 10,000 per person.
  • 19 - 11 days of departure - 50% of the holiday package cost.
  • 10 - 0 days of departure - 100% of the holiday package cost.
  • Change of name or date - Not allowed.
Term & Condition
  • Package rates are on per person on twin sharing basis and it means two persons will stay in same room.
  • Rates are valid for Indian passport holders only.
  • There will be extra charges for extra person, child with bed and child without bed.
  • Airfare is calculated on lowest possible for this routing however any increase will be extra chargeable. Currently calculated for 15th April 2015
  • There will be extra charges for Gala dinners on New Year & Christmas evening and customer have to pay extra for that.
  • Transportation will be as per the itinerary and only for mentioned sightseeing places (No disposable vehicle).
  • b2cholidays.com has rights to change the package price, package itinerary and package offers without prior notice to customers.
  • All tours and transfers on seat in coach basis and operate on time and the tourist will be responsible and will bear the extra charges if he/she miss the transfers. Also tour & sightseeing timings are subject to alteration.
  • Private transfers and sightseeing on extra charges basis.
  • Air Ticket cancellation charge would be over and above the package cancellation charges
  • All sightseeing tours are depend on the weather condition and can be cancelled by local ground handler without prior notice and there will be no refund for that.
  • During the festival season, blackout dates and long weekends the package price will not valid as surcharge will be apply on same package.
  • Check in and Checkout time will be as per the hotel policy and b2cholidays.com have no guarantee for early check in and late check out and it subject to room availability. We can nly put request for the same but not guaranteed.
  • Meals are specified in the tour package itinerary and any extra meals during the tour will be chargeable and directly payable.
  • There will be no refund in part or full for any unutilized service.
  • Any cancellation due to VISA rejection will be borne by customer and VISA issuance or rejection is totally depending on respective embassy.
  • Booking once confirmed is subject to cancellation charges as per the package policy.
  • In case selected hotel or resort is not available the similar category hotel will be provided for same tour package.
  • All entrance fees and any government taxes are payable directly.
  • Honeymooners have to show wedding card (not older than six month) at the time of check in to obtain honeymoon surprise and honeymoon arrangements.
  • International hotels may be charge a security deposit at the time of check in and that will be refundable on the time of check out, if traveler uses any extra facility like mini bar, extra food etc, hotel may charge directly. b2cholidays.com would not be responsible about these transactions as this is totally between hotel and guest.
  • Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of package confirmation.
  • b2cholidays.com has complete right to change/modify/alter and terminates any offer with prior customer notice.
  • Rates are applicable for a minimum of 02 passengers traveling together.
  • Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be unwavering at the time of booking.
  • For one adult and one child traveling please use the adult rate for the child.
  • All complaints or claims should be made in writing within 10 days of passenger’s departure from Dubai.
  • Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 15 minutes from the arrival time of the flight.
  • No refund shall be made for unutilized services.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Seychelles

On arrival at Seychelles, get in touch with the tour operator and proceed to the Cat Cocos Terminal from where you will be taken to the Praslin Island on the ferry. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at Praslin.

Day 2: Leisure in Praslin

We will start early to cross to the west bank. As we enter the Valley of Kings, you will pass Deir El Madina, Madinet Habou and the Colossi of Memnon. Visit the colonnaded temple that was uniquely dedicated to a Queen Hatshepsut. We will then start our tour to the east bank, enter the Karnak Temple Complex, a vast area of temples, chapels, pylons and the Great Temple of Amun.

Day 3: Transfer to Mahe in Cat Coco Ferry

This morning, take a short ferry across the Nile to Agilika Islands Philae Temple, a beautiful dedication to the goddess Isis. After lunch, Marvel at the Aswan damns- the Old and the High. We will sail to the tusk shaped Elephantine Island and gloriously botanical Kitchener Island. This evening, there is time to explore Aswan’s renowned markets. Overnight stay and dinner will be at the cruise boat.

Day 4: Leisure in Mahe

Breakfast will be provided at the hotel and the rest of the day is free. Optional tour to visit Alexandria, the Mediterranean City, can also be arranged. Founded by Alexander the Great, with many unique attractions, one can spend the day in Alexandria viewing the relics of a bygone age.

Day 5: Depart Seychelles with Wonderful Memories

After breakfast transfers will be given till airport according to your flight timings where you will board your flight for onward journey. We sincerely hope you had a great Egypt trip.

  • Compulsory X'Mas Eve Dinner on 24 December and/or New Year Eve dinner on 31 December.
